About to buy a flatbed FWC Hawk/Norweld rig -- need advice on off-road capability? Concerned with height and rollover due to COG

Thanks all for the feedback — very useful, and helps allay my concerns. I‘m a pretty cautious driver, and my wife is a great spotter, so theres that. I also, won’t be putting weight up high, other than the two rigid solar panels already mounted, and may move some stuff around to get weight lower too.

Think this is the main principle whether its a Tacoma or an Earth Cruiser!
Correct but based on the crap I've seen in the backcountry. a principle few follow.

Man that video freaked me out. Dropped that rear wheel. Needed functional spotting rather than giggly youtube chatter. Get that front left rim up against the wall! We see this stuff all the time in Utah. Lots of super exposed zig zags all over this state. Flint Trail, Shafer trail, Skyline Drive etc. Gotta be willing to scratch your rims and paint a bit so as not to die.

On the flatbed question is say the FWC is probably the lightest out there up high with full camper functionality and should eat up most trails you would ever want to travel with a camper on. I also really like the new Haiatus campers where you can dial in your own design. Be prepared to wait for a while though.
