AC Control Unit: MR360447

Hello,

During the process of replacing the heater core, I noticed that my AC control unit (according to Google) is quite melted. I'm assuming that this may be due to a bad fan or water intrusion. Anyone else have this happen? Anyone have a serviceable unit?
