They frequently run sales when those action packers will get into the $22 - $26 range.

OSH is now owned by Lowe's and the old sales and deals seem to be a thing of the past. The stores around me are now full of housewares and Halloween decorations, and not nearly as good a selection of hardware. Hardware decline started under Sears ownership, and continues under Lowe's ownership. But the stores are prettier now.
