Here's another idea.
I carry 4 gallons of water and 4 gallons of fuel here. These are Rotopax containers. Even though I would like to have the weight a little lower, I like not having the weight sticking off of the back of the camper. I also have the A/T holder on the back and switch between a water can and fuel depending on the trip.

that looks sweet. how much clearence between top of cab and the diamond plate when the camper is on? how do you hold the cans in?

yeah, not done yet.
I am thinking simple straps at ends.
Should be 3/4" clearance at center line top of cab.
I'll let you know when I set the camper this weekend.
