You know, you could buy that truck from Elias. Here is a nice Safari Gard bumper with lights and winch for sale It would look great on that RRC. Plus, it's a screaming deal for that bumper. It would be a good start on an expo rig

alas...that's not me with the bumper. although don't think I couldn't be tempted. but i already have a GDE winch bumper
i was selling a hannibal rack combo. another good piece of kit. although I may keep the rack...since it fits a LWB.
Both Elias and Buddy's are cool trucks. With Elias'...start with shocks and springs and go from there.

Like others have said, be wary of a cracked block. My dad's going through that right now, albeit with a more highly stressed engine.
