African Outback Rack-Hannibal awning?

The bars on an African Outback rack look very similar to those of the Hannibal rack. Does anyone know if the square bars on the AO are the same size as those on the Hannibal? The mounts for the Hannibal awning look like they have to go to a square bar of an exact size to mount properly.

I have seen both awnings in person. I have not measured them with a tape, but the tubing size is almost identical on both. Yes, the Hannibal is designed to mount to the specific tubing used on Hannibal racks, but it is easily modified to fit other systems. Fellow Expo member Jsmoriss mounted a Hannibal awning to his Garvin rack by cutting the original mounts off and bolting on some backer plates.
