Alaskan camper mounted on a trailer

But the camper would be more stable with lockers underneath the sides that stick out (the upper part that raises). Is that a correct assessment? I'm thinking I can weld square tubing under it to make the locker then skin it will plywood and then siding?? Thanks for the response, I apologize for not following up on this sooner.

I like the idea of it on a trailer and I am looking at customizing my M101a2 to do exactly that. Once I have it finished I will be on the hunt for an Alaskan camper without the front overhang.
Having the base camp with a trailer build for off road is really the ideal scenario for me.
