Alaskan Flatbed Camper?

Thought this might make a nice camper for someone. Looks to be for a 12 foot flatbed, unless my eyes are decieving me. No affiliation, etc.

I actually looked at these a few years ago, they make really good, stand up stuff, should make a nice camper for someone.

Even with major renovation expenses, this project will cost
only a small percent of the price of a new 12 foot custom
Alaskan Camper. Definitely worth checking out.

Jamul is about 20 miles east of San Diego, in the foothills.
