I shipped a set of tires and wheels using Forward Air for $90 from Cleveland to Cincinnati. Their dock was close to the airport and it took about 3 weeks for I wasn't in a hurry.
I'm going to north Enid, OK. in October and could bring it back east = not really sure how that helps, if it can't make it to Oklahoma, but I thought I would throw that out there.

I use freight quote,I shipped 4x14.5 mog tires and rims, about 1200 pounds on a single palette from Montana to Socal for $200, it was shipped commercial dock to dock and the transit time was only 2 days.
