4x4 Ambulance, dually, 460cid, automatic, warn winch with remote control, warn locking hubs, trailer package. Very clean no rust no accidents. Fully equipped ready to go to work. This is one tough truck, i was going to camperize it, a 4x4 tough RV, great for off road. The box is aluminum, built to federal specs, everything is quality. This is ideal for fire dept, search and rescue, construction camps, or any business that wcb requires an ambulance on site. It has 3170 miles, but probably gone over once. It was a fire dept emergency search and rescue vehicle.

I drove a rig exactly like that for years. It's a great truck with high-quality cabinetry. The only concern would be the E40D transmission.

It's ENTIRELY possible that the odo has NOT gone over! Small departments may never rack up mileage and this was evidently not a transport rig.
