One of the nicest Events for all Travelenthusiasts in Germany.

The small Village, around 30 Miles from Hamburg, sleeps all the Year long, but not this Weekend:bike_rider:

seriously, seems like a very cool event. No doubt Germany is the mecca for overland vehicles.

Yes, here is a lot of nice Vehicles in Germany, but no space to use it:sombrero:

The population here is around 80 Million People, so we havent any open Landscapes.

Maybe this is the reason that we take every chance to leave our small Country...

This year's AMR Globetrottertreffen will again be held in Amelinghausen, this year on August 29th-31st. More info (in german) is at http://www.amr-outdoorwelt.de/Treffen/Treffen-Info.htm

This is an open meeting, not an Expo and aside from being organized by the company AMR, it is rather non-commercial.
I'm not in any way affiliated with it - I simply live only 10 miles from there (how practical )...
