Anaconda RTT?

I searched the site and couldn't find anything regarding Anaconda RTTs. I found one on eBay for what looks like a steal, compared to other RTT prices. However, the seller has no feedback and the product website is, frankly, piss-poor.

Does anyone have any experience with the company or product?
