Another Backroad KK Adventure. :wings:
My wife and I went up old mining roads on the back side of the Catalina mountains for a quick one night camp. I wanted a remote enough place to be away from the Labor Day weekend crowds.
This is up the road to Rice peak by Chain Tank. Once we got past the easy to get to campsites we saw no one except for a few ATVs during the day. Totaly alone from the late afternoon on. :wings:
The trailer did great but I think I found my limit. Some loose rocky hills were steep enough I had to climb them in low range, 1st gear and keep my momentum up or it would have been tough to get moving again with the loaded trailer. All in all though, the trailer did great. It was more my fear than any real challenge for the trailer.
