Another rear bumper and tire carrier question

I am starting to gather information for my next large purchase on my LJR.
I wanted to get some opinions on the different rear bumpers with tire carriers. I have narrowed my choices down to the following items and wanted more feedback on quality, weight, design, etc.

Money is not necessarily the issue, but made in the USA, quality, craftsmanship, durability, weight and things like rattles or loose fttings etc. are.

My must haves are rear rack for storage and/or a cooler, d ring mounts, receiver hitch, hi-lift/shovel/ax/cb antenna mounts, and jerry can or rotopax mounts for up to 12 gallons.

With either the JC4 or JC5 racks.

So if anyone has any of the above products or can recommend another I would really appreciate the feedback.

I don't see myself ever going over 35" tire btw.

I don't have (nor have I seen any) of the bumper setups above. I do however have a LoD bumper (front mid width) on my JK. Their customer service and the build quality is top notch, and they're at the top of my list for a rear bumper should I replace the one I have.

I have the Weld Elite series rear bumper, and honestly have no complaints. BUT, if I had to do it over again I would get a VKS Fab rear bumper tire carrier. If I would have known about him sooner, I would have never looked anywhere else. Google VKS Fab and you'll find his contact info. Everything is built by him in his shop. He's on Instagram also, lots of pictures of his work on there.

I have the Tera Flex HD hinged tire carrier and love it. it keeps the tire lower to so that you still have some view out of the rear window. then you can add almost any rear bumper. I have the AEV take off from a COD unlimited. I cant exspress how nice it is to be able to open the back of the jeep one handed with out moving the tire first. Just my .02...

I had the Wilderness on my LJR and really liked it. The drawback was that you needed to release the tire carrier to access the rear of the Jeep. I had a can carrier on the left and the trail rack. The trail rack was nice, it really freed up room, I just bungeed a cooler up there.
