Anti Gravity Charger

I was wondering if the Anti Gravity unit can be used to power USB fans and other camping USB devices ? What about a thermo electric cooler that uses a 12 V plug? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

That depends on the charger, smart chargers would not work well for powering devices unless connected to a battery while a simple transformer/rectifier type would work fine.

I think they advertise it as being suitable for powering laptops and such, but there is not a lot of amp-hours in those things. On the other hand, they seem to be getting bigger and better. Call Anti-Gravity directly. I think they are in the 310 area code near L.A.

I have the anti gravity charger XP 10 and love it for everything from jumping rigs to charging devices, the kit it comes with nicely organizes everything. I wanted to see how long it stayed charged for and it sat in the car for 4 months no use then jumped a car and only dropped one bar on the Led scale.

Not sure about all the models, but mine has two USB ports and some common USB cables, so it can certainly run USB devices. Also has a 12v port and a 19v one, which would be for laptops. Mine's an 18Ah battery; they come in different sizes. It's obviously optimized for starting (quick burst of lotsa amps) so I'm not sure in real world use it would outperform another 18Ah battery for deep-cycle type uses. But good in a pinch. Wouldn't be my first choice for a fridge.

And not to be too picky, but it is NOT a charger; it's a battery that can be used to power stuff, including your vehicle's starter. It COMES with a charger to charge the Anti Gravity battery itself.
