Any easy fix to Ford E350 turning radius??

Plan is to get a van that the wife will use as a daily driver. She is used to an extended cab pickup so the size isn't an issue, but that turning radius sure is. I don't think I can even get into my driveway; I am pretty sure I turn my truck tighter than that.

Yeah, most 4WD conversions will do it, but not in the budget right now (hopefully someday).

So are there any options to improving the turning radius on a budget?

I am pretty sure I am going to add rear wheel spacers to correct the track, would adding small spacers up front give enough clearance?

I probably am going to add air springs in back anyway. Would front air springs to boost the ride height do it?

Thanks for any ideas of what to (or NOT to) do.

Fiddle brakes?

More seriously: Have a look at the steering stops to see if you can squeeze out a little bit more at full lock.

Yeah, I know. But there is no way I could get away with an open diff 2wd. If it comes with an open diff, I will look hard at an ARB or elocker. I will need that even with 4wd.
