Does anyone know what kind of roof rack that is?

It's a nice looking jeep. More info would be cool on it. But why does it have guy-lines going from the fenders to the rack ?

Limb Risers......routes tree branches off of the windshield and up and over the roof rack. You will see this on a lot of LR's and most notably the CT vehicles.

Venezuelan

My first guess is that it is built/owned by a Venezuelan. They have a distinctive and hard core style. (First clue: "Monagas" sticker, a state in Venezuela.)

This is fun. Think I'll send this to some bud's from there.
