Any personal experience with the 2wd leveling kits from BoulderOffRoad or Weldtec?

Got a 2017 Express 2500 RWD van, and am weighing out the options of installing one of the leveling kits from either Boulder Off Road or Weldtec.

I've seen bunch of pictures of the kit installed, but have only heard of one report of how the van drove afterwards - and it wasn't good. Of course, I can't find it now...but he disliked how it changed his driving so much he removed it.

Anyhow, looking for anyone with personal experience driving a 2wd Express that's got the 2" leveling kit installed.

Thanks!

I don't have any experience with that specific kit from either but I've ordered components from both for and AWD 1500 van and for a Quigley 3500 van and the experience was positive both times with both outfits.

I don't know if you got a lift yet but i can tell you i love mine for me the advantages far surpass the disadvantages. My van is a 2018 3500 and i have the leveling kit on it. Obviously the looks are better but being able to run a larger tire and or aftermarket rims is definitely a plus. I know that 2" isn't that much but when off road it could make or break you. Now for the bad is it is stiffer when hitting hard bumps or potholes but if you add better shocks like some 5100's or fox then it will help dampen it. My plan is to get the weldtec spindles when my tires wear out so until then i am running the stock tires. The good thing is with the leveling kit and the weldtec spindles it will be 5" of lift oh yea.
