Any US companies offering Aussie swag type tent trailers?!

I'm looking to buy a used Aussie swag tent trailer. Anyone in the US offering these types of trailers or do you have to import them?

I don't know of any US mfr that has something exactly/nearly like that of the Australian tent trailer design where the box trailer unfolds into an expandable tent with kitchen swing/pull drawer and an expandable additional room.

There are a few (if they are still around) that are foldout/unwrap tent trailers - ie Jumping Jack trailers

Clamshell design, there are a couple motorcycle style campers like this - ie Kangaroo

One of the guys there has an Adrenalin brand Aussie camper that is available in the US also Kimberley have retailers in US
