No, I don't work for AutoHome but used to run Lofty Shelters, and worked with Zifer to develop these tents.

Hey! I got my Columbus from you, back in about 2003. We love it -- the only problem is we outgrew it. Now the wife and I and the baby are in a regular tent and my older two are in the Columbus. (Unless it's just me and one or two kids, of course.)

One thing you were sure right about, though -- it is definitely a kid magnet!

I have been trying to get it since then. Like I said, I e-mailed on 9-17 and am still waitingnon a reply.

But you sent them payment for it already? You said you placed an order each time you called them so how many times did you pay? Did you pay before that July 9th email?

Or are you saying they will charge your card and ship it when the receive the equipment. In that case since they don't have it yet they have not charged your card? So you are waiting for them to get it in and then charge your card?

If money has not changed hands yet then there is really nothing to do but wait. Autohome sounds like a stand up company and since it's such a specialized item I can see it taking a while.

Get one made at an upholstery shop and move on. Obviously it is too insignificant of an item for them to be bothered with and they don’t have the time nor want to help you. That’s what I got out of this.
