My vote is for Skyler - I met him in person at the Nevada Rally last year, very nice guy. Currently #2.

Enjoying the recap on YouTube every night. I was cheering for Carlos Sainz

Anyone following the Vendee Globe? Looks like there will be a new round-the-world record! And the New Year Basho begins on the 12th. The Mongolian contingent is as strong as ever. Busy time of year…

I use to watch all the stages I could, now I look for the highlights. For some reason, like money and laziness, way too much time is given to interviews and the surrounding circus than the race, action on the course. I want to see the competition, the vehicles running, not mouths running, not opinions yaking.

Is the best place to watch the Dakar not-live on YouTube? I've always wanted to watch, but I'm unsure where to watch. All I find on YouTube are clips and old stuff.
They used to provide an hour-long show daily on YT but the last few years has been limited due to contract issues with the licensed broadcaster. Other than a 10 min recap on YT, its only available on a subscription live stream in Canada.
