Anyone have a 10" tablet mounted in a Jeep TJ, need pics.

Looking to see how much real estate a 10" tablet would use up mounted in a Jeep TJ. Pics of a 7" tablet for comparison will help in my decision also.

I would take not a lot of room as long as you mount it in front of your stereo. I have a JK but I have a 10" tablet and its mounted in front of the factory stereo. My first mounting setup did not work good. So I am now going a different route.

Not a jeep, but I'm thinking you can adapt the basic design for your purpose. In this case, I have a Surface 2 tablet with mounting bracket on a pivot arm made from 1/2" PVC pipe and fittings. I mounted the bracket to the arm using all thread bent into U-bolts around a T-fitting.

Really, all you'd need to do different for a pivot mount is the tablet bracket.

That's the size of my 10" tablet too. YOu should be good to go!

Using a "RAM" position adjustable front seat base mount-

It's good for lunchs/laptops/tablets/radios-etc
