Seriously considering one, and would love to hear research findings of others who are also in the market for one.
Found many pros & few cons, but would love to compare notes.

I've done a bunch of looking at various hardshell tents, I'll likely end up with a JB.
There are horror stories about every single brand out there, and some people sing every brand praises despite having horror story themselves. I would say if you have a dealer that is local to you, you should be okay as they can help troubleshoot issues you might be having, or help to navigate any warranty issues you might deal with. This goes for every brand of RTT.

I landed on a JB because the footprint of the standard Grand Raid (not XXL) is the exact size I was looking for, others would definitely fit, but don't offer as much room, or allow you to store bedding etc. inside. Plus I know the local dealer and have worked with him at events.

I would much prefer an aluminum shell, but then I'd have to pull my roof rack off patch the roof, and get new bed bars. Plus higher center of gravity.

The main downside to the JB is the price, and price of accessories.

I own a JB and absolutely love it. My wife and I bought it used in the fall of 2019 and have spent about 70 nights in it since owning. It has held up very well in those trips and is extremely quick to pop up and down. It is great in higher winds because the fabric holds up well with no flapping. The down side in the southeast is when it rains and it is warm out there isn't much of an option for keeping windows wide open without water coming in.

One note on their customer service as well, the fan that we had in it stopped working so I emailed JB about the issue asking how I could get a replacement fan. Antonio from JB messaged me back and said that even though my tent was out of warranty he would happily send a replacement at no charge to me. This is the type of customer service we all look for with companies and was really above what was required.

Between the quality of goods and customer service I've received I 100% recommend a JB tent.
