I've done a bunch of looking at various hardshell tents, I'll likely end up with a JB.
There are horror stories about every single brand out there, and some people sing every brand praises despite having horror story themselves. I would say if you have a dealer that is local to you, you should be okay as they can help troubleshoot issues you might be having, or help to navigate any warranty issues you might deal with. This goes for every brand of RTT.
I landed on a JB because the footprint of the standard Grand Raid (not XXL) is the exact size I was looking for, others would definitely fit, but don't offer as much room, or allow you to store bedding etc. inside. Plus I know the local dealer and have worked with him at events.
I would much prefer an aluminum shell, but then I'd have to pull my roof rack off patch the roof, and get new bed bars. Plus higher center of gravity.
The main downside to the JB is the price, and price of accessories.
