Anyone here running a Tremec 4050? And other manual with overdrive conversions

Anything I should/could check on this before it goes up in the truck? Goes into all the gears and spins fine so I was going to roll with it.

I'd plan on changing the fluid since it's all an unknown. However, don't choke when you see the price per quart. You only want GM synthetic manual transmission fluid. Castrol and Amsoil have compatible fluids too but they are no less cheaper.
