So I have the plugs, wires, throttle body gasket(I plan to clean the throttle body up), and my local Napa has the plenum gasket in stock. Am I missing anything else?
anything else I need to buy before doing the spark plugs and wires?

Perhaps a digital camera to take pictures of where all of the electrical connectors go 
I have the 3.5L without the intake butterfly valve, but I'm pretty sure people regularly remove that valve so it won't fall into the engine
But for sure change out the valve cover gasket and spark plug grommets, such a pain to get to again in the future. Other than that, nothing else is coming to mind without digging in deep (timing belt, water pump, etc, etc ,etc)

First thing is to get it running right, I changed the TPS the other day only to have a cylinder 4 misfire, but that is to be expected with 153k on the original plugs and wires.

Only put about 4 hours of actual work into it between 2 trips to get little stuff at the store and got as far as replacing the passenger side valve cover gasket before I had to get ready for sushi night with my wife's family to celebrate 2 birthdays, at the moment I feel like my belly is going to create a man baby from eating too much. All I will say is that this engine is a PITA to work on, Jeeps are easier by far, but I look at it as something I will do once every 5 years and I'm learning something new. The driver side valve cover looks easier to remove and should have it done Monday morning. I took a look at the timing belt and there is no sign of oil or fluid damage and no cracking, still indents the rubber when I pressed my fingernail into it, so hopefully I can put that off for now.

Had an hour or two today to work on it, didn't do much though. We have an air quality warning the next few days but will still try to get out and finish it up.

The air looked pretty clear here today. It was a bit cooler today and the next few days don't look to promising. It looks like it is going to drop into the 30's. Were you going to try to change the valve seals while you were changing the plugs?

No reason to, it doesn't smoke at all so I'm not too worried about it.
