Did you ever find a solution? Mine started doing this too... 110v inverter power, no problem. 12v dead as can be. I took off the case and even the "power switch panel" and I've got 13v basically everywhere I can figure would need it and no obvious signs of anything wrong. Maybe controller board?

I'd call ARB again and again untill they send the label?

I swapped out the controller board - didn't change anything
