ARB Compressor Wiring.

I am working on an ARB Twin compressor install. I have decided to put it under the passenger seat and I want to wire it through a switch that I have bought from Air-On-Board - they have switches that match my 2014 4Runner OEM's - into a relay / circuit breaker combo. The amperage is going to be about 60AMPS max - the ARB twin pulls 52A when busy. My questions are..

Has anybody wired it this way before? I think it would mean skipping the ARB wiring harness.
Does anybody know of a switched relay with a circuit breaker embedded that could handle 60AMPS.
Does anybody know of a bracket that I can use the mount the compressor securely?

A little background:

I already have a National Luna Dual battery setup ready to install. I have had the engine compartment modified for a second battery. I have a BlueSea 12 port fuse box already installed and running my fridge. This is a 2014 4Runner TrailE

I may crosspost this too T4R.

Thanks,
Garry

I assume you would go directly from the relay/circuit breaker to the battery , because of the 52 amp load ... The individual slots on the blu sea 12 port are only rated for 30 amps each I believe ... You could just go switch ---> relay ---> circuit breaker ----> car battery ... why do you need it to be a relay/circuit breaker combo unit ?

Yep.. I would bypass the BlueSea.. Reason for the combo was to save space. I already have the blueSea, WiredWagon Relay box (soon), 100 amp circuit breaker for the BlueSea (though now I think about it I think that is too big ) and the Luna isolator.

Can you recommend a good easily mounted standalone relay?

I think I am following you, and I have put two of the dual compressors in, one in each of my rigs. The ARB already has a relay in its wiring harness. Why can't you just run the wiring to you new nice switch? Do you need another relay for some reason. Mine are both run with a breaker supplying the main power to the compressor, and then a switch on the dash to turn it on and off. I didn't use the ARB switch at all in the Mog.

Are you using a secondary relay to drive something else?

I am not using a relay, that size, for anything else. The wiring harness will need to be elongated to make it work in either of my 2 spots so it seemed easier to just run a couple of 10ga wires and bypass the two wiring looms I got from ARB. That was my thought process.. which I admit is probably really whacky.

Yea you don't need to add a relay to activate a relay. The twin compressor has all relays built into unit and actually they are wired as separate circuits on load power side. Just take your relay activation wire and run them to your toyota factory switch.
