ARB Dual Jerry Can Holder

I have been waiting for ARB to come out with their own design to carry Jerry Cans in the ARB Roof Racks.
Well ARB last year came out with the Dual Jerry Can Holder in Australia, I had to wait one year to get mine, with the help of Sierra Expeditions I was able to get my own set.

This is a quality product built to the ARB Standards.I am happy with my purchase and now I will have the old can carriers install in my trailer.

Here are some pictures showing the brackets on the bottom!

Nice holder indeed but the hasp is still a common hasp. I have had several things stolen (gas included) by someone using the lock (strong) to twist the hasp (weak) to break it. Instead of designing a clever way to hold cans I wish someone would come up w/ a hasp that can't be destroyed by putting a bar in the lock and twisting. Even my shop was broken into that way until I got wise.....not the strength of the lock as much as the hasp.:coffee:

Off topic, but you can gain entry very easily into Pelican cases that same way. Again, it's surprisingly easy.

I like the dual can holder a lot. It looks a lot like the Front Runner, but I'd imagine it's hard to make a dual can carrier look much different. With ARB quality, I bet it's at the top of it's market.

Plus it comes complete with brackets all you have to do is assemble and you are done!

So if you are running without the jerrycans (normal day to day stuff) then you can take the securing bars off, just leaving the tray?

Yes and that is one of the many things I like about the ARB Can Holders.

The old gas carriers I had to mount them side ways and when not in use I had to remove so they would not look odd on top.

With the ARB's you can just remove the security bar and you are done!:wings: Very easy!
