Just upgraded to a Tepui Ladder, so I have the Ladder that came with my Simpson III up for grabs.
Nothing structurally or functionally wrong with the ladder other than the inherent failure of it's design.
Would make a great spare or replacement for someone with more patience than I.
$40 and it's yours.
Otherwise I will be destroying it with my 12 gauge.
