Hmmm, we have been eyeing this kind of setup for a while now. Do you know the exact dimensions? And does it have to be setup facing the rear of the vehicle? I would like to get one and have it mounted so the ladder/entrance is on the side of my Xterra so I can still get to my rear hatch.

You can mount it so that it opens from the back or either side. Pretty slick!

Thanks, much appreciated. And nice option being able to attach on rear or side, very nice. I am looking at this or the 71"x94" Camping Lab rooftop tent, it seems a little bigger, roughly 16" wider than the ARB one:
