Archiving GPS data from multiple platforms

In a previous discussion I described my various GPS platforms (Garmin, Windows Mobile, Android, etc.) and I have the desire to put all of this data together in one place. My wife and I have given away all of our Windows-based computers and Windows Mobile stuff in favor of other platforms, and before I give away our last Windows device, I need to get the GPS data off it for archiving. The data is currently in Memory Map navigator and it offers approximately a dozen different formats for export. Does anyone know what format would be best for maintaining RAW data for use down the road (perhaps many years down the road)? I'm hoping to keep all of the tracks, waypoints and labels from each trip file.

Right now my thought is to convert each trip to GPX and CSV for archiving. In addition, I can take the GPX file and use an online converter to get into KML format for archiving in Google My Maps so I can see this data from any computer anywhere in the world. Any thoughts?

I agree with your strategy of gpx and csv formats. The gpx is easy to use currently in many platforms, but the csv is straight text which could be your best bet for many years and systems down the road. I have a lot of old biological data that I saved in formats that I thought would stand the test of time (remember Lotus?) but the text files are often the easiest to get into new systems.
