well leaf´s arived today and in put them on right a way.
here is before and after pic´s.
it took me about 3hours to do.. it was fast considering it is a snow blizzard here and i hatto do it out side coz with the new leaf it does not fit in to the garrage.
so the new leaf lifted the truck up 10cm and now i have to adjust the front but how is the question.. hope there is still play in the torsin bars to tightn them up.

before

and this is the after shot.

ok so time for a update.

i did a 2,5inch new exhaust sustem with one muffler and it has now 1.1bar of boost so it´s a whole new beast!
fuel econmy got better from 11 Litre to 8-9litre for 100km.
snorkel and winch are next and new offroad tyres.

to day i had an accident where i take the dog for a run, there is a road still floodet and it is about 30cm deep water but there was a hole in the road under water and i drove in to it and water come ower the hood.... good thing i was in 4H and some speed so it went over the hole and didnot get stuck, well long story short the air cleaner had water in it so i olmost killed the great white then and there!
so next weekend is the snorkel building time!

ill take pic´s and post them

Got any pics of the truck lifted and leveled? I see you did the rear leafs; were you ever able to raise the front anymore?

yeah i did lift the front the right hand side (from looking att the steering wheel) is as tight as it goes and the left has still 3-5turns left. i took the bumb stopper off of the top in the front. in all the front lifted about 5cm from what is was but now it seem the torsion bars are too old to hold the form so i have to get new ones and put them in.
right side is lower then the left now but when i tight them up i lifted them the same amout mesuring from the ground.
the rear leaf are the HD ones and they are really good when towing a trailer, they lifted the rear 10cm more then the stock ones.down side is they are bouncy as hell with out a load.

Yep that seems to be the case with the HD leafs, but if you were to have gone stock then you wouldn't be able to haul stuff or get extra lift! That's crap about the torsion bars though, once you run out of crank room time to either re-index or get new ones.

yes but did you notice the flywheel cover??? what engine??
and also in this pic you can see how low the right side torsion bar has gone if the rain stops today iam goigto move it 2-4teeth and try to get it back to same level as the left side.

Uh..Polaris?
