Yeah, when is the next Old Iron Run?
So Lance, what would be a good time for another run? How about this fall? I do better getting things done on Rueben when I have a deadline to work toward. How about something in the Prescott area and two or three days of travel with plenty of time to make camp and fire up the dutch ovens. We could even tie in a pot luck for one night. Geez, I'm getting hungry just thinking of it.
I kind of feel like I got rooked out of a camp trip due to the weather over St. Paddy's day so I have a camp trip planned this weekend that I am taking Rueben and the three stooges on. Our club is putting up a kiosk at the foot of one of the trails that we have adopted and I am going to go on from there and camp out for the weekend. Mo is going to a crafts fair in Tempe with the daughters but I would rather be sitting around a campfire. I will get some photos posted when I get back.
Anyone in the area is welcome to join me. It is just going to be a casual trip but with some big rocks at the base and one narrow canyon.
