Rlynch, I'm putting together something similar. Thinking I'll mount the water heater in a pelican case, hopefully with the pump tucked in there as well. I'll stick to the portable setup as well, but probably just toss the pickup hose in the tank, or a separate water jug. I'll post some photos when it's completed.

Pull it off and put some marine 5200 clear sealant on the bottom, that will fix it.

Did that and it has worked fine

Finished the Triton 5L water heater, flojet pump in the front box and plumbing
Rev 2 will be adding the under side skid plate and a welded faucet bracket

There are enough similarities between the Horizon and the Chasers that it would be ok but lets stick to trailers manufactured by Adventure Trailers.

Enough to get the bags to the recommended 6" of height. Normally for a heavy load it is about 45 psi, and a light load, (no roof top tent) its closer to 40 psi. I use a bicycle pump with a pressure gauge on it to easily adjust the pressure. We level the trailer with the airbags pretty much every night we use it so we're always removing and adding air.

I'm running 60-80 depending on the load. Water etc. Also need to take into consideration which TAAS you have. Airbags or Air Shocks. I suspect the bags would require less than the shocks due to the extra volume.

I have to adjust tire pressure - 36psi road and 15psi on dirt... I'm running the old school suspension on my horizon (pre-TAAS)
