Looks good. Interesting design with that back hoop being a separate piece. Does that allow it to angle upwards easier? How high can it go before interfering with the door opening?

@ petrolburner. The rear hoop could "curl" up the side of the bed further, but I would have to bend 90s at the bottom of the piece to attach them the the main runner. The whole slider is angled up as much as possible to protect the lower door.

Those are looking very good. I like how they tuck close to the body. I know real wheelers will argue that they don't protect the sides as well, but that's OK by me.

How long is that outer runner (with kickout) on the two styles (flared truck vs non-flared truck). I've got 85 inches between the front and back flares......

the main square runners that protect the pinch weld are going to be 91 inches long on both sets. the only difference is the flared outer round tubing will be inside the 85 inches. They will look just the same just a little shorter. What is your thoughts on making the rear kick out longer. So that with the rear door open you can reach roof racks or to help the kids get in the back seat.

Looking good!

Those look really nice. I like the idea of gussets for added support off the mounting plates. You do good work. If I needed a set, I'd sure look hard at these.

looks good. Those are bolt-on? If so, how do they bolt up? ie, do they use existing frame holes or do you have to drill your own. and do they use equal sized backing plates on the backside of the frame?

@ Jim , Ill offer some 1/8 plate for the backing plates.

my rent house is on the side of a hill and we have 20 acres of Texas hills you can pitch up on. Hell George Strait has a house on the otherside of our hill. White tail, jack rabbits, skunks, coons, heck we even woke up to a pet Lemar trying to open our front door! (no joke)

Nice worker Butcher54. The best thing is your in Texas and relatively close. I live in Burnet, hunt in Comfort and drive an 07 DC. There is hardly anything available for them even after 4 years on the market. I am looking for sliders as well as rear replacement bumper and especially a swing away tire carrier. Any chance you will expand into other items? Can't afford all of that at once but I would be interested in loaning you my truck for prototyping of 2nd gen sliders and getting a set of them.
