Hi Guys, Been a while, but another one of the Amesz trucks has come onto the market. Hope this may interest someone as they are hard to come by secondhand. As usual, I only know a little about the vehicle, please direct enquiries to the owner.

We are tempted to buy and store this until we can get there from the states. When we initially built FIDO it was with the intention of shipping internationally, but in retrospect we feel the best thing is to buy/travel for a year plus/ and sell when finished. Will probably wait for the next one to come along but man, this appears to be an excellent example.

Agree Alan, These vehicles were built by an amazing guy and they really stand up to the Australian Off-road conditions. here Is a photo of a typical frame. It was built from galv steel and covered in aluminium sheeting. Hanz Amesz really built a solid camper. Good luck with your travels Alan., cheers Steve

You might consider an exchange. We've twice exchanged with an Australian couple. First time they had a pop top Landcruiser. Second they had a Land Cruiser towing an off road camper. It's worked out very well for us.
