Autohome US Customer Service Quality?

Have you been in touch recently? If so have him reply back to Adam Raven about the handle I emailed him two weeks ago. I'm not kidding, :)

Yesterday as a matter of fact Adam. Asked whether the awning for the Maggie was still available as it's no longer listed in the Accessories. Can't get any feedback from anyone, Frenchie included, on real usage of their changing room.

It's hard getting feedback sometimes here. I've asked multiple times about the packed size of the ARB awning room and 3 wall sets but so far no one has helped me out. Im beginning to get the impression that this overland stuff takes the vehicle dependant travel and extends to "Self" dependant travel at times. Lol

The fact that you have been in touch with Andrew yesturday and he won't respond to my request for a handle should speak volumes about contact issues and Autohome after sale. It gets frustrating after a while.

I don't have pics or measurements but I have seen the arb room packed and if I remember correctly it was about the size of a packed heavy sleeping bag like the ones from llbean.
