Sloan, yes, I've used it when it was on my old FJ40 when it had a 2F in it. It however does have a dent in it (PO of course ) and needs mounting straps. It's been in a dry AZ garage since it had gasoline in it so theoretically should be good-to-go, but an acid rinse may be wanted.

It was designed specifically for the 40 by ConFerr, that said it may be able to fit underneathe the bed though it is rather deep.
