AVC Rig?

Anyone have experience with AVC Rig? I’ve seen a ton of their videos online, and the owner Matt seems like a nice guy. I called them this morning to discuss commissioning a build with them and spoke with someone (not Matt). This person was extremely rude and condescending. I explained my needs, in particular, a need for an inside shower. This guy cut me off, talked over me and would not even let me finish my statements. Ultimately told me he was not interested in even discussing a project with me.

I understand that they may not be interested in doing a build with an inside shower, but I was blown away by the attitude. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, I’m not sure, but seems to be a bad way to do business with someone looking to spend nearly $100k.


Any suggestions for another company that does aluminum cabinetry?

There are many, many, many custom van builders out there, no reason to give money to a company who treats potential customers like that.

If that’s your initial impression, move on. I’ve found that things seldom improve if they don’t treat you well in the first place. We bought a Toyota from a different agent at the same dealership after being treated poorly by a couple of the salespeople. We have always been treated poorly there, and better than the dealership that is an hour away.

Move on and find another shop… we should have and regret we didn’t.
