Awning length for JKU

With my Gobi rack on the way I am planning to get an awning for my JKU. The rack is 90 inches(2.3m) long so something like the ARB 2000 should fit without a problem. And I’m guessing the 2500 would be a bit longer than the rack.
What length awning did are you using?

I'm in the market for one myself! In my research, I'm pretty sure I will order the ARB 2000. That way I can use it on my Tacoma as well as my Jeep JKU!:wings:

What mounting bracket did you use for the awning? I looked at the gobi one but it looks like it wraps around the top rail and could interfere with a RTT.

You can hardly see it, but this JK has an ARB 2500. What you can see is how far it sticks out past the front. It's what I have on my XJ -I absolutely love it.

So, I went with an ARB 2500 awning. For only $9 more I figured I might was well get the extra 19 inches. When I get it mounted up I'll post some pictures.

I'm with you. I think the extra length would be very beneficial. How has it been working out?

It works great. Haven't used it a lot yet but I like the way it fits and covers the whole side.
