Threw some pics from last weekend up. We camped out at AZ Rocks and then did some exploring around the area Saturday as a shake down run for the RTT and Lockers. :lurk:

We ALMOST headed out there on Friday night, but someone had to install a winch on their Tacoma...

GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ! What kind of a party pooper would do that?
It could have been a special anniversary at the fine Martinez Mine Restraunt.

He owes you! :wings:

Very nice! Still haven't been out there....

Its a fun area. One could spend a full three day weekend out there running all new trails. :camping:

Where did you end up camping? Sounds like the main camp was bit insane, with the Sobe Bombs blowing up fire pits and burning T-bob's camper!!!

Far away was a good place to camp! I cant believe how much alcohol was on open display despite the "strict" No alcohol rule. Great wheeling though, Martinez Cabin and loop was more challenging than ever.

We sure did here those go off. Funny part was that with the tent flaps down the cows were louder. We camped just after the first group of 5 or so RV's on the left and about a half mile BEFORE the insane camp. We had our own little camp with some nice 4 foot deep ravines on either side to protect us from any drunk night time wheelers. :ar15:

We heard everyone go out for a couple night runs too. Yikes...
The best part about the tent so far: I slept in past initial sunrise! woohoo!
Even with the limo tinted windows I would always wake up just before sunrise. :D

I was driving the white 4runner in the precarious wheelstand. Good photo Tim!

I made the trail all the way, open diffs... I got one little kiss on the rear bumper. I have no point of reference for the trail though.

Yeah, I was surprised with the open drinking.

Martinez was beautiful though, the flowers were really blooming. There were a ton of people there, I think the only good time to camp there would be mid week if crowds are not your thing.

It looked good for the beemer!
I rode my XR to the mine, but the road to the cabins which is all I saw this time was in good shape. Pretty easy.
that last section to the mine was tough spot on a bike, but good times!!
