Hey guys.. I have been making lightbars for the Nissan Xterra for a couple years now..
These will hold 4 -6" lights All the wires run through the bar

The New Gen 2 bars clamp on to your factory roof rack for a quick install and if needed a quick removal The ends are coated in rubber so they grip and do not scratch

i like the bar you fabed up very clean appearance how are you running power to it i made on alot like it for my frontier but hate how tacky the wires running through the sun roof looks and havent sacked up enough to just put a hole in the lid are you using another way or do i go get a hole saw lol
 
I drilled into the roof rack ran wires down the tube then drilled under the roof rack ount.. ran the wires down the piller under the dash
 
Good stuff...I like the clamp on version for the 2nd gen, but I have a 1st gen X...any chance the clamp on would also work on the 1st gen? Are the roof racks that different between 1st & 2nd gen?

Thanks for the response. I was just thinking, if I remove my gear basket, then your clamp style design for the 2nd gen could work on my 1st gen. But I'm not sure about putting lights up on the roof, yet.

Xterabl... I make a Gen 1 light bar.. It mounts to your racks current mounts.. And you dont have to remove the basket..
