BACK ON MARKET: AT Overland Habitat for Sale - 6.5' Bed $7,500

Hey everyone! Up for sale is my AT Overland Habitat. I bought this off a member in the forum in December, but I'm going in a different direction with the new truck. I have this removed and on a utility trailer, ready for the new owner.

For reference, this was the original post of the previous owner.

Honestly, this was my dream setup, but I just bought a new truck and I'm going in a different direction.

I had this on my 2017 Ram 2500 Prospector XL build and previous to me it was on a Tundra with the 6' bed.

Habitat features:
- LED interior lighting ($395)
- LED mood lighting in tent
- 2x dual USB plugs & power block from Blue Sea, ready for power from either truck or external battery power.
- Rear lift gate window ($290)
- Side Hatch door DS ($700)
- Side Slider Window PS ($360)
- Cab sliding window ($360)

This sale also includes :
- Annex ($1,375)
- Two 100w Solar Panels installed on the roof (by AT Overland in Prescott)
- Two new struts (originals work fine, but they look old)
- Recently wrapped in matte black

I have a new bulb seal for the buyer as well.

Back up for sale - moving in a different direction.

NEW PRICE: $7500.

I'd consider this a light fixer-upper as of now. Reason: the carpet on the walls is coming loose from the adhesion in a few spots, there is some hardware that has surface rust on it that someone may want to replace in the next year or two, the struts have surface rust on them (I have replacements included with sale) and all the seals need to be replaced (I also have them and included in sale).

Still includes all things in original post (annex, etc.).

I've literally camped it twice since this original post last July (sad, I know).

This is a great unit, I'm unsure of age - I believe approximately 4 years. I think I'm the fourth owner, it was unclear from the previous owner before me.
