BAD Trans or ???

Hi

here is the situation, recently I bought 93 Trooper RS 2DR, with 200K Plus millage on clock, engine starts in Park, but when I shift to Drive engine cutoff, please note in L, 2, 3 gears car is operational, is this Bad trans or some electrical issue, please help if some one seen these before.
