Baja 1000 course condition (San Carlos)

The course is very dangerous due to the recent Hurricane Paul. The attached photo shows the track near San Carlos. I have read the course is not going to allow any new speed records except for the slowest times ever for the winners of each category

The trophy trucks should create a nice ramp on that one for the rest of the field. (If the ruts aren't so deap they cause the lower classes to get stuck on their belly pans! haha)
Looks like it should be an interesting race this year!
