I just came across this from a river-oriented forum. It seems like it could be a sweet all-weather base-camp unit. Built by Jacks Plastic Welding from NM for a guy trying to push the idea to the Mexican govt for SAR purposes, with the potential to also sell to US SAR teams. Looks like it could have more uses than just for SAR.
