Baja Shrimp

After reading the latest OJ article on Baja, had to have native food...
Take a steel skillet cover bottom with light coat of oil and sprinkle with good sea salt, Heat it up and cook the shrimp til pink, squeeze of lime, pick off the salty/lime shell and open a cold Pacifico and Enjoy!:sombrero:
I used true Baja shrimp shell on, this is the way I've had them cooked em in San Felipe.

Found a great supplier for BIG San Felipe shrimp. I will bring a bunch to Hollister! Great write Scott! Thanks for the motivation.
