BajaRacks Spylight Utility Rack

The concept was created in my garage about 2 years ago. I tested it on my FJ for about 8 months, meanwhile Sergio and I worked on a production design
We also showed it at SEMA , last fall, where we got great response and cooperation from most of the major LED light bar manufactures . Baja Designs, Rigid and VisionX all sent housing for us to fit their lights.
This Rack will not be exclusive to FJ's Eventually all the utility racks will have this possible feature
After many months of collaboration Baja Racks, is shipping my new production model, Utility Rack, with the Spylight System
This goes in conjunction with my Baja Designs 40 LED Stealth bar
Here is the roll out from their Facebook page with a short video

After a few days of additional work for the install here is what we have

From the beginning

I have not wired it in yet. (Only so many hours in a day). I will need to get a few things from Baja Racks to complete the wiring. It was shipped to me as soon as it was ready. Some of the controller stuff is not here yet. They also have my pigtail for the light itself. I hope to have it all wired in this week or next weekend
I will be at the Desert Rendezvous if you want to see it in person http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/92875-SoCal-Desert-Rendezvous-2013

Here's "The Rack" for, "The Rock"

Flipping it down serves many purposes

Keeps it from getting rock damage while driving , but not using

Keeps your lights legal, since many states don't allow your lights above the bumper to be uncovered.

It also is not as obvious to the eyes of a simple minded thief.

There is also a little less wind drag, while in the tucked away position

thanks
