Was custom built for my 2016 F250. I believe it will fit a 1999-2016 f250/350.
Only reason for selling is I no longer have the truck and I will be building a large habitat for my f550.
Has red/white lights inside. 4" foam mattress that folds up so you can stand in the bed of your truck. Has barn doors and side access doors. Weighs around 350pounds.
