mmk, so first off im looking for a few cheap mods for my 2000 wj and was thinking of getting a BB reading around on the internet and came across a Rough country 4'' suspension lift for almost what the bb would cost, it was like 500 its this lift right here http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_wj_4.html but the problem is i dunno if itll work or whats the max size tire id be able to fit im only lookin for 32s maby 33s.. if i could get some help or advice id really appriciate it

oh and about dual battery set ups, im considering one of these two but only find threads of ppl who have already done it and wonder if itd be worth my while to do, i only plan on runnin 4 6'' lights and 2 5'' lights to start of course more would be added as needed and then would like to have that second battery for all other "just incase" senerios but am reading id need a stronger alternator? whats that for

A friend of mine just put the Rough Country 4" on his JK this summer. He runs 35"KM2's and is very happy with the kit. I wouldn't have chosen the Rough Country kit for myself (I run the RE 4.5" L/A) but my budget was a lot bigger than his.

We've run some 4 rated trails with it and he has no complaints.

IRO All the way!

If you're really going to wheel it though, then do the swaybar disco's if you can and to make it handle better on the highway, the Addco rear swaybar upgrade is really nice. I have their 3" kit and it's perfect. I'm running 33's w/ just a little trimming. I love it.

This is mine before the 33's w/ the IRO kit and from JKS Swaybar Disconnects. Ask away with any other questions. I will say though that once you go past 3", there's a huge price-jump if you're going to do it right. I think 3" is the perfect compromise lift b/t performance and budget. Customer Service at IRO is great too. Ask them anything.

ok, so im not so much worried about doing it right as im in no rush to lift it to much, and can put the money away to do it right but iv heard from a few ppl that it would be better to go 3'' only because of the mentioned stress, would i be able to fit 32s under it with that? just curious ill probly go with 31s which should fit no problem but wanna make sure,

Look in to Iceland Offroad fender flares. l'll bet you can fit 33's no problem at 3" of lift on a WJ.

I'm pretty anxious to sell some stuff so I can go out & buy a new set of 33's for my WJ. I'm really surprised the 31's I'm running now have lasted as long as they have!
